Got this from 9amhome and the assembly wasn’t bad at all... the instructions were clear enough and most of the parts lined up fine. It did take me a little longer than I thought it would, but nothing too frustrating. I’d probably give it 5 stars if the screws were labeled a bit better

I ordered from 9amhome.com and the quality was nicer than I thought it would be. The material feel solid, and it looked pretty much like the photos online, which was a relief because that’s always my biggest worry when ordering stuff like this.
I’m giving it 4 stars because one piece had a small mark on it, but it wasn’t anything major. Everything else were fine, and overall I’m happy with what I got. I’d probably order from them again.

I ended up getting two wrong items in my order, which was annoying. Support did fix one of them, but the other one was still left unresolved, so I’m not totally happy with how it was handled. I know mistakes happen — I’ve definitely grabbed the wrong thing at the grocery store before because I was thinking about dinner instead of actually reading labels, but I wish they had sorted out the whole issue instead of just half of it.

I’ve been feeling mentally drained lately, so I didn’t want to overthink this purchase. For the price, I’m actually happy with it. It feels worth the money and did what I needed it to do.

But nope, they replied quickly and actually answered my exact question. I was shocked in the best way. The person was super nice, didn’t make it a whole complicated ordeal, and got everything sorted out. Like, is this what good support feels like?? really happy with it and I’d definitely buy from them again.

I was expecting the site to feel a bit cleaner and more up to date, but it looks kind of outdated. The layout feels a little messy, and the colors don’t really go together that well. It’s still usable, but browsing around isn’t as smooth or pleasant as I hoped

I’ve been using this chair every day and it’s been really comfortable. My back doesn’t start hurting like it used to, even after sitting for hours. It was easy to put together too, so no complaints from me so far

I ordered a couple of things from 9amhome.com, but one of them just didn’t work in my room the way I pictured it. It literally looked better in my head than it did once I had it in the space.

The return process was straightforward. I emailed them, and they sent the instructions the next day, so it wasn’t instant or anything, but it was easy enough to follow.
My refund showed up about a week after they received the item back. I would’ve appreciated a few more updates along the way, but it wasn’t a big hassle overall.

The box showed up crushed and had tape all over it in a weird way. Thankfully the item inside was okay, but seeing the package at first definitely made me nervous. I also kind of felt like just another ticket number in the process, which didn’t help the experience.
